The document is a methodological guide for the implementation of monitoring and evaluation of the participatory budgeting program.
The manual will be presented to the municipalities involved in the project in order to make the supervision and evaluation of the implementation of participatory budgeting systematic and criteria-based.
The document is of a recommendatory nature and its implementation will significantly contribute to the sustainability of the program.
According to the developed framework document, during the project “Supporting partner municipalities to effectively conduct participatory budgeting by 2024” in the target municipalities (Kutaisi, Batumi, Ozurgeti, Chokhatauri, Oni) the current year’s participatory budgeting process will be monitored and evaluated twice. Appropriate reports will be published.
