Facilitators went through a training course on the following issues:
❖ Facilitation techniques, effective communication
❖ Local self-government system in Georgia
❖ Development of activity plan of facilitators
❖ Practical ways of considering GESI principles in participatory budgeting program
❖ The essence of participatory budgeting process monitoring and its implementation methodology
Both theoretical and practical works were considered, which will greatly simplify the work process. Within the training, each participant had the opportunity to express their opinion and discuss issues of interest to them.
